SOLVING ISSUES: Hillary understands that there may be times when concerns need to be addressed, and that’s perfectly fine. We genuinely want to assist and ensure our clients are happy. This can be achieved in by displaying the “golden rule” from both sides.

Let’s keep it easy! Secure your time by paying in advance before scheduling your appointment. It’s just like purchasing a movie ticket ahead of the show – simple and hassle-free! Embrace the convenience of online booking for a stress-free experience. Or opt for a package deal for a seamless experience, and remember, without payment, there’s no scheduling! Make life a breeze for both of us!

If you need to cancel a date with us, just give us a call at least 24 hours ahead. This way, we can matchmake that time slot with another lovely someone in need.

Now, in the event of a last-minute cancellation, we'll charge you the appointment cost. But fear not! If you cancel with advance notice, you'll get to keep your paid appointment credit for your next visit. (If you’ll recall, this is a part of the signed document in the intake forms.)

No dodging charges for missed appointments once you've signed on the dotted line! This can result in declining business.
